Grade B Office
Unlike Grade A offices, which are located in the city center, Grade B offices do not require this. Grade B office buildings must have a minimum total floor area of 20,000 m2 and on average each office area has an area of 500 to 1,000 m2. Class B offices must be equipped with modern elevators, accommodating 12 to 16 people, and toilets equipped with 4-star standard furniture.
