Steps to Receive a Real Estate Listing

Step 1: Receive a Listing Request

• Fill out the contact information form next to including:
  • Property type, area, sale price...
  • House direction, number of floors, number of rooms (guest - bedroom - kitchen, toilet)...
  • Provide actual product photos.
  • Photocopy of land use certificate.
  • Photocopy of assets attached to the listing product.

Step 2: Quote the service price and sign the brokerage contract:

• Process and classify the listing product.
• Quote the listing service price based on the value of the product.
• Sign the brokerage contract based on the agreement of both parties.

Step 3: Find and Close the Price with Customers

• Develop a marketing plan, find customers.
• Lead customers to see the listing product directly.
• Quote and advise on legal procedures.

Step 4: Deliver House Documents and Receive Commission

• Assist customers with land title documents.
• Receive Brokerage Commission upon successful transaction.
